TPNS is holding a fund raiser to help generate money to assist in covering the costs associated with operating our TPNS community so that we may continue to offer to TPNS members and guests free access without any type of membership charges. TPNS is not a business that exists by selling products and services which can be used to cover operational expenses, so having fund raisers are important in helping us keep your TPNS community live and well into the future.

We understand that most of us here are not in the best financial situation, often because we have lost a loved one to the prison system and now have to pick up the slack, but any and all donations help no matter the amount. It does not have to be large and we certainly do not want anyone putting him or herself into a bad financial position.

How to Donate

If you are financially able and willing to donate, there are a number of ways that you can do this. The most preferable way would be for you to mail in your donation along with your donation form. TPNS can only accept at this time money orders, cashier's checks, PayPal and cash. *If you send cash, please be sure to send it as notarized mail.

What will the money raised go toward exactly?

TPNS wants everyone to know exactly what your contribution to TPNS will be used for. There are many other expense related to operating and maintaining TPNS, but this fund raiser is being geared toward a few things in particular which will noticeably improve the quality of everyone's experience here at TPNS.

Web Hosting Needs:

A large part of the money that is raised will go toward keeping TPNS active and online.

TPNS has grown into quite a large and active community, and unlike a large percentage of other online prisoners support groups on the web; we believe that TPNS has more to offer then the others on the Internet.

Here is the break down on the TPNS expenditures:
The Cost of Web Hosting is; $250.00 annually
The Cost to keep TPNS online is; $300.00 annually
The Cost to keep TPNS business communication
with Texas Prisoners is; $125.00 annually

Total Goal of the Fund Raiser: $675.00

That is about $56.25 per month to keep TPNS active and online!
